Tank Truck Rollover / Spill Release

Truck Rollover Spill
Bossier City, Louisiana

In November 2011, Forefront was requested to respond to a gasoline tanker that was involved in an accident and overturned. A crew was immediately dispatched to the site. Once properly grounded, the tanker was drilled in five separate compartments and offloaded without incident. Upon the transfer being complete, it was evident that an estimated 100 gallons of gasoline had been released. Forefront remediated approximately 40 cubic yards of soil, which was later transported and disposed of at an approved landfill.
