After Hurricane Katrina in 2005, Forefront Emergency Management was brought in to supervise the demolition of five thousand RACM (regulated asbestos containing materials) homes in New Orleans and to clean up ACM (asbestos containing materials) debris piles on the sides of roads.
For 80 weeks, we worked six days a week, with each crew removing 70 tons of debris per week. Because of our experience working in hurricane-affected areas in Florida, Forefront Emergency Management was a perfect fit for this job. We are familiar with government work and understand the special regulations and protocols.
