Our environmental consultants can perform a Phase-I environmental site assessment on any property or facility to determine if areas of potential concern or liability exist. A Phase-II assessment involves sampling potentially contaminated areas and we can conduct NORM surveys, as needed. We can also perform a Phase III site remediation to restore the property to its background conditions under the guidelines of the Louisiana RECAP Program or relevant state guidelines.
